Clixsense's PTC ads are removed. How to earn money?
Back on the first of July, Clixsense announced to its members that it will be removing its PTC ads beginning on July 15.
This is a big deal since for as long as Clixsense has existed, it has been associated with PTC ads.
Clixsense had provided a way for advertisers to drive traffic to their sites at a very low cost while giving Clixsense members a way to earn extra money by viewing the ads.
As Clixsense grew, it added new ways for its members to earn more money by answering paid online surveys and completing Crowdflower tasks but viewing PTC ads was the most preferred way for its members.
PTC ads were also where most of Clixsense revenue comes from.
Paypal was removed as a means of payment for Clixsense and its members. Since many of its members and advertiser use Paypal, its removable cost Clixsense some of its advertisers and members.
It is still possible to earn money at Clixsense by answering paid online surveys and completing tasks. In fact, I think online surveys and tasks pay more decently than the PTC ads.
Clixsense also increased its referral commission, so referring people to Clixsense will also be more profitable.
For now, Clixsense has upped its referral commission to 20% to compensate for the removal of account upgrades and the 8 tier affiliate program. That percentage will be changed later on depending on the performance, Clixsesne said.
While Paypal was the most preferred way for its members to withdraw their earnings to, Payoneer and Payza are not bad alternatives at all.
Payoneer has a prepaid Mastercard and Payza has a virtual card which you can use to send or receive money online. I think these are really neat features that Paypal is missing. Members should try to take a chance to use them.
